We want you to feel confident and gorgeous in your Iara swimwear! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request and ship back your return or exchange.
2. Condition of Items
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and beachwear, items must meet strict hygiene standards to be eligible for a return:
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original hygiene liners and swing tags must still be attached.
- Items returned with makeup, self-tanner, deodorant stains, or missing hygiene tags will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
3. How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Send an email to our support team at info@iarashop.ch with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with our return address in Switzerland.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship them back using a trackable postal service.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are exchanging an item for a different size, we will cover the shipping of the new item back to you.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Payrexx / Credit Card / TWINT) within a few business days.
